Karen Willis grew up in Muskegon and first came to the Lansing area to attend Michigan State University. After graduating with a B.S in Finance and a brief return the lakeshore, she came back to the region to pursue a career in banking and has worked with lenders and vendors, such as real estate appraisers and tittle companies, on a daily basis for over 20 years.

Karen obtained her real estate license in 2018. Dedicated and focused, she enjoys listening to her clients and helping them with their real estate needs, whether it be finding their dream home or earning top dollar on sale of an existing property. She understands the buying and selling process can be confusing and does her best to educate her clients and keep them informed during every step of the way.

Karen has resided in Grand Ledge for 20 years. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her two children.

As a daughter of a Real Estate Broker, Charge’ has been immersed in Real Estate for as long as she can remember.

Growing up with the information era, Charde’ is well versed in website and social media content coordination. She maximizes each homes exposure to broad audience of potential buyers by incorporating both print and digital promotions techniques when advertising home features.

As a mother of two, Charde’ understands the importance of finding the right home to fit your lifestyle. Her well honed listening skills enable her to identify her buyer clients must have home features.

Prior to receiving her Real Estate License, she served as a personal assistant to a Real Estate Broker, for five years. Charde’ excels at project management which helps her guide her clients through the buying and selling process.

Charde’ received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University and Master of Social Work with an specialization in Leadership and Development from Loyola University Chicago.

In her free time Charde’ enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
